Rongotai Road (town centre) is the section between the Crawford Road intersection and Onepu Road.
Three options for this section of Rongotai Road were put forward for community feedback in September 2017.
Option in development: no decisions have been made
Option A had the most support however more discussion is needed with the community, particularly local businesses. For now, there is a 30km/h speed limit, sharrow road markings, and bike stop boxes at the traffic lights.
